Black History Month:  Feb 18 – wear old fashion attire and Feb 25 is Afrocentric Sunday-wear African attire.

Read-In Day Camp: The Greater Waverly Foundation’s Village Initiative presents a Black History Month Read-In Day Camp Feb. 19, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.  in the fellowship hall. Open to students ages 5-1, lunch will be provided.  The camp features authors TiffanyJ, Kobie da Wiz and other local authors.  The camp is free; registration required at thegreaterwaverlyfoundation.org

First Lady’s Breakfast: Our Pastor’s Aid Ministry announces the return of a popular fellowship—the First Lady’s Breakfast, Feb 17 at 8:30 am.  Come and enjoy fish, grits and fellowship!  Ticket donation is $15. Contact a member of the ministry, stop by the media desk or call the church office for tickets that are available now.  This has been a sold-out event for years! The Pastor’s Aid Ministry is seeking new members as well.

Contributions Statement:  Tax season is almost here.  Automatic mail out of tax statements occurs for annual donations of $250 or more in accordance with IRS regulations.  Statements for donations less than $250 are available upon request.  To ensure timely receipt of your tax statement, please ensure we have your current information on file.  If you would like to receive your tax statement/and a detailed payment schedule via email, please contact the Financial Secretary at 803-771-2898 or via email at fsfnbc@gmail.com.

Volunteers Needed: The First Nazareth Food Pantry needs volunteers. The pantry is open from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturdays. If you can spare at least two hours or belong to an organization interested in community service, please contact the church office.

Gospel Concert: Auntie Karen Foundation’s Legends of Gospel 2024 Concert featuring Donnie McClurklin, Marvin Sapp and Hezekiah Walker is Feb 23 at 8 p.m. at the Koger Center.  Special rate offered for church groups. Tickets are available at kogercenter for the arts.com or call 803-251-2222.
